Ballet is probably one of the most recognized forms of dance. When one thinks of formal dance classes a ballet dancer typically comes to mind.
Ballet is a dance form that originated in Italy and became a developed artform in Paris, France and Russia. Ballet is globally defined as the foundation of dance. Properly trained dancers and instructors will tell you that ballet is a necessary component to any dance education.
Our ballet class focuses on building a solid foundation of strength, flexibility, dance terminology, dance etiquette, and dance disciplines that are necessary for our dancers to confidently mature in their pursuit of a dance education.
